Do I need to bring bedclothes?
No all our apartments come fully furnished,we can even arrange a maid cleaning service for your stay if you let us know in advance.

Do I need to bring food?
You can if you want to but if you let us know in advance we can arrange for meals to be provided for your stay.

Where is Moulay Bousselham?

It is south of Tangier on the Atlantic coast

How do I get to Moulay Bousselham?
We can arrange a taxi to collect you from the ferry or airport in Tangier. Flights from Europe arrive to Tangier, Rabat, Fes and Casablanca.

Which is the nearest airport?
Tangier and Rabat are the nearest both being just over an hour away by motorway.

Which airlines fly into Morocco?
Easyjet and Ryan air for budget airlines and Royal Air Maroc and British Airways.

Can I come by car?
There are many fast ferries from Algerciras and Tarifa in Spain to Tangier, the journey is around 45 minutes with FRS and around 3 hours with the slower ferries. There is also a ferry from Sete in France.  P&O and Brittany Ferries leave from the UK to Spain.

What are the roads like?
A motorway now connects Tangier to Marrakech. Moulay Bousselham has an exit off the motorway.

Can I get there by train?
There are no trains to Moulay Bousselham, the nearest station is at Souk al Arba where one can take a grand taxi. Coaches also arrive to Souk al Arba from Europe

In high season there are grand taxis from Kenitra, Larache and Rabat.

SHOPPING
There are no supermarkets in Moulay Bousselham, but the small shops and a souk provide all the essentials as well as clothes and items for the beach. There is a small pharmacy and two banks with ATM machines. The nearby town of Assilah has a lovely souk selling all manner of traditional Moroccan crafts, clothes, leather goods, pottery and jewellery.

HEALTH
The pharmacy can supply most minor medical needs. Bring insect repellent, there are not many biting insects, but there are some.
Bring sun lotion if you need a high factor as the shops only sell the lower factors.

MONEY
The Moroccan dirham is a closed currency, so money can only be exchanged within the country. There are many ATM machines and banks, so changing money is not a problem.
